juggling and table tennis

Today I learnt to: Play table tennis and rally against myself on a wall. Peni and I rallied against each other and got to 35 hits back and forth.

Reflection on the lockdown.
During the lockdown, I did not do that much exercise other than running around the house help my mum.

My five strengths

I chose my 5 strengths because I find that they accurately represent my personality and who I am. I chose love for learning because I love to learn new subjects and always try to do things to the best of my abilities. The other strength that I chose was a curiosity because I am very curious about nature and animals, as well as things like electricity, math and physics. Things like these always tend to intrigue me and make me want to know more and more. I also chose creativity thou I do not like painting nor drawing I am very creative in the sense of I often think outside the box and always try to look at problems from different angles or perspectives. I'm very honest and about how I feel about things. Social intelligence because I get along with other well and I am able to connect with different people in different situations I always listen to others and what they have to say.

Environmental stability

What is environmental stability?

Stability

Stability is how sustainable something is like making a plastic cup out of a plastic bottle is being sustainable. This is being environmentally sustainable but there are other ways to be sustainable like, economically stable, social stability and environmental stability.

why it's important

economic stability is important because without economic stability the things like bread are 10 dollars one day but the next day it maybe 100 dollars without economic stability the prices of things would be all over the place. The same is with environmental stability with things like plants and animals, overfishing is not sustainable but fishing at a rate the fish reproduce then it is sustainable.

samoan week

Reflection on lockdown

Positives, staying at home all day great and not doing anything at all, plus getting to spend more time with my family was enjoyable.
As for negatives, It was a bit lonely without my friends to play handball with but the cat made up for that.
As for me, I did not do much fitness as was often doing other things around the house such as doing the washing or helping clean the house.
