Wananga culture

 For the past 3 weeks and we have been learning what culture is, 

Culture is like your daily routine when you come home, for instance, when you get home do you take off your shoes? Do you go have food? Or do you have a shower? These things are normal to you and are the things that you might do every day but to others, this may seem weird.  

My cultural item was a lotus flower, the national flower of India. The Lotus flower is regarded in many different cultures, especially in eastern religions, as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. the lotus flower is a very cool flower as it submerges every night into river water and miraculously re-blooms the next morning, sparklingly clean.
