S.e.x.x.x.y Pharagraths

This exxy paragraph is about colour and lighting in a scene. 

 

These two scenes really show how colour can change the mood.

The scene on the left is warmly lit making the audience feel happy and safe in the environment. 

however, in the scene to the right, it is not warmly lit and looks like a very glum place to be and stay the clouds in the back round really emphasises  Coraline's feelings right now In my opinion. This was done to show contrast to the real world and the other world by making the other work a more pleasant place to be and stay. Combined with the friendly looks of other mother and other father it really sells the fact that this would is perfect, in contrast to the worn looks of the real mother and father with there sad tired looks.

this scene can be in contrast to the garden scene wherein the real world is a dead baren area devoid of life but in the other world, it's an alive, colourfully lit land in the shape of Coraline's face used for planting plants and making Coraline want to stay.
